Recently Bollywood's evergreen Super Star Govinda did a press conference along with Co-Stars of his upcoming movie "Rangeela Raja". He was very upset with the behaviour of Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). He said that From past nine years, I am facing this problem. They are not letting me to release my films easily.

"Pahlaj Nihalani, our Producer gave a half dozen super stars to Bollywood, and they (Censor Board) are not giving him a time.. I think this should be stop" Said Shakti Kapoor.

Govinda added, "my another film of Ravi Chopra was also not released few years ago, but I let it go, by saying that may be it is my destiny. The recent example was Fryday which released a few weeks ago and even media gave it a good review. They took the film away from theatres. I stayed silent up till then, but how could they just stop film of a producer like Pahlaj Nihalani ji. He is one of the respected film producers of the industry who has introduced several film stars in Bollywood”.

The producer of this film Mr. Pahlaj Nihalani Added "I was supposed to release the film on December 8. He did watch Aamir Khan starrer Thugs Of Hindostan but did not watch my film. Later he watched and gave a list of unnecessary cuts without any reference of the guideline from the rulebook. They are giving this punishment to me”.

The Central Board of Film Certification refused to certify the film and ordered 20 cuts, While the team of Rangeela Raja, showed the media those scenes that were rejected / Cut by the Central Board. Remember that this film got approved by U.A.E Censor Board.

The producer has moved the Bombay High Court to seek justice against the decision of CBFC. lets see what the court decides.
